Every appointment type can have a different duration, buffer and schedule.
First couples consultation
For couples beginning therapy.
Couples therapy – follow-up
For existing clients continuing their work with you.
Extended session
For appointments that need a longer block of time.
Online couples session
For video appointments.
Stop finding a time across five emails
Instead, publish the times you actually want to offer and let clients choose from the available options.
“Would Tuesday at 5pm work?”
“Unfortunately not. What about Thursday?”
“Thursday only works after 6pm.”
Keep first consultations separate from ongoing work
New couples do not need to see the same availability as clients already working with you. Theravo lets you make different appointment types available to different groups.
Recurring sessions without rebuilding your calendar
Copy availability into future weeks, maintain different week patterns and adjust individual exceptions when necessary. Theravo also supports different availability for even and odd weeks.
Your practice, your rules
Choose the settings that fit your couples-therapy practice.
session duration

new or existing clients
Client access for ongoing sessions
When enabled, the client portal gives existing clients access to the appointment options you have released, while your practice remains in control of changes and cancellations.
How online booking works
Appointment type → time → contact details → confirmation
Publish the times you actually want to offer and let clients choose from the available options.
Privacy-focused appointment organisation
Theravo’s core application and database are hosted in Germany. Access is controlled, and the service is designed for sensitive appointment information. A Data Processing Agreement is available where applicable, and encrypted external backups support service recovery.
Theravo focuses on appointment organisation and does not replace clinical records or other documentation your practice is required to keep.
