Appointment messages use dedicated Theravo-managed appointment addresses. Access to a practice’s private mailbox is not required.

You decide which appointment types, locations, payment rules, cancellation deadlines, and manual approval workflows are available.
Booking software, not EHR
Theravo supports appointment organization. It is not intended for therapy notes, diagnosis, or treatment documentation.
